Floss and Specialty Brushes
The thicker, the better!
30% of your tooth surfaces are in the in-between areas that toothbrushes cannot reach. If you’re not flossing, plaque can calcify in those areas causing gum recession, inflammation and sensitivity. That plaque can also cause cavities to form.
Flossing should always be done before brushing your teeth, every time you brush! Remember to use the floss as a wiper for the sides of your teeth.
